SEBRAE Mato Grosso Institutional Engineering Program

Infrastructure, Safety, Technology and Building Performance — Mato Grosso, Brazil

This program comprised a series of architectural and engineering services developed for SEBRAE Mato Grosso under Price Registration Agreement No. 0024/2023. The work supported renovations, building adaptations, institutional events and future construction projects across SEBRAE facilities in the state.

Rather than producing isolated technical drawings, the scope focused on complete design packages capable of supporting procurement, permitting, construction and inspection. Deliverables included drawings, calculations, technical reports, specifications, material and service schedules, cost quantities and professional responsibility documentation.

The multidisciplinary program addressed structured cabling, data networks, telephone systems, HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire and life-safety infrastructure. Each discipline was developed according to the scale, use and operational requirements of the specific facility or event.

Structured-cabling and telecommunications designs included outlet locations, conduits, circuits, network distribution and patch-panel diagrams. These systems provide the digital foundation required for customer service, business training, events, administrative operations and internal communications.

HVAC projects coordinated equipment locations, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage and installation requirements. In Mato Grosso’s demanding climate, environmental conditioning is essential to user comfort, equipment reliability and the performance of spaces used for meetings, training and public service.

Fire and life-safety designs incorporated emergency lighting, signage, extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, water-storage systems and escape provisions. The documentation was prepared to support regulatory review and approval by the Mato Grosso Military Fire Department, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to occupant safety and operational continuity.

Plumbing and drainage services included potable-water, sanitary-sewer, stormwater and vertical-distribution systems, supported by technical reports and detailed quantity schedules. These solutions were applied to institutional facilities and temporary event infrastructure, including the SEBRAE Pavilion and the 2024 Desafio das Merendeiras event.

The program also supported specific demands at the SEBRAE Cuiabá Agency, combining HVAC and fire-protection improvements for public-facing environments. Each assignment required coordination with SEBRAE’s technical representatives, verification of existing conditions and successive review cycles to ensure alignment with operational needs.

Through this multidisciplinary framework, the project transformed institutional requirements into accurate, traceable and construction-ready technical documentation. The work strengthened the safety, connectivity, environmental comfort and long-term performance of facilities that support entrepreneurship, professional training and economic development throughout Mato Grosso.
